Welcome!

Greetings! My name is Tom Woodward (pictured with my lovely better half Sara) and I do business development for a boutique consulting and recruiting firm in San Francisco.
My site is geared towards my passions: fitness, cooking, photography, exploring nature, and striving to do my best work in the office.
In terms of fitness, I’m coming at all of this from the perspective of an aging former personal trainer who still likes to climb mountains, run races, and kick ass in group fitness classes. Combine that desire with the realities of sitting behind a desk or behind a steering wheel driving to sales calls and mobility and injury prevention becomes paramount.
Mobility Project 2020 (coming soon)
On the cooking front, I’m all about building healthy and delicious meals from quality ingredients while saving as much time as possible. I firmly believe the best way to learn the basics of nutrition is to pair that knowledge with the basics of cooking. They go hand in hand.

20 Minute Meals (coming soon)
On the work front, I’m always striving to learn more about how to manage my time, add value to my network, and build quality culture.
And when it’s time to escape the city, I like to really escape and re-connect with nature. For more check out my outdoor adventures; a rundown of hiking trips, backpacking, mountaineering, and other events and resources for the outdoors
For the purpose of my site, I break down these four elements as Food, Fitness, Focus and the Outdoors
How to Use the Site
My goal is simply to share what I love and all the better if you’re able to find a new mobility routine, recipe, or backpacking destination while you’re here.
